Cancellations & No-shows
All cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
– 48 hours or less notice of appointment cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
– 24 hours or less notice of appointment cancellation or not showing up to your appointment with no notice will result in 100% of the treatment cost.
Failure to pay these costs will result in no further treatments being booked.

Timekeeping
Please let me know if you will be running late for your appointment. Although I will always do my best to give you the service you booked, if I don’t have enough time due to your lateness I will sometimes have to offer you an alternative. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment if a late arrival risks interfering with my next appointment. I reserve the right to charge 100% of the treatment cost if a late arrival has to be rescheduled or cancelled.
7 day fix policy
For seven days from the date of your appointment, I will fix any damage that I deem to be a result of my application, free of charge. After 7 days there will be a small fee of €3 per nail. Please contact me ASAP if you need a fix appointment to prevent further damage to the nail.
